The following Terms and Conditions apply for working with Veronica Tiple (Goian) Clinical Hypnotherapist and Coach. Please read them carefully before purchasing any support.
Coaching
Coaching is a confidential one-to-one interaction between the Coach and the Client.
The scope of the Coaching Session(s) will be discussed and agreed by the Coach and the Client on a case-by-case basis.
The Coach will be non-judgmental, honest and professional at all times.
The Coach will provide a safe and supportive environment for the Client so that they feel comfortable and confident to discuss their feelings and details of their issues with the Coach.
The Coach will be honest with the Client if they feel that they are not best placed to help them and will suggest alternative sources of support, where possible.
The Coach will work in confidence with the Client unless permission is sought from the Client to disclose information to a Third Party in order to help the Client further. The Coach has a duty of care to safeguard the Client if the Coach feels that the Client, or anybody else, is at imminent risk of harm or in danger. This may involve disclosure to Statutory Authorities.
The Coach is not a Medical Practitioner, a Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Counsellor, or Psychiatrist. Coaching is not nor should be used as a substitute for appropriate, professional Medical Care for physical or mental health needs.
The Coach will not give legal or financial advice.
Hypnosis
Veronica Tiple (Goian) offers hypnotherapy using various methods and approaches. This approach varies depending on the issue and the client’s specific needs and requirements.
Hypnosis is entirely natural, safe and relaxing. The Client will remain conscious and in complete control throughout. In hypnosis the client may revisit childhood memories to help discover the root cause of the issues. Depending on the method used, the client and Veronica Tiple will work together in hypnosis to get an understanding of where the belief, behaviour originated, with the view to changing it. Please note, hypnosis alone is no guarantee of success and fees are non-refundable. The client needs to want the change and be open and willing and motivated to want the change via hypnosis. The information, tools, techniques, methods and recommendations delivered by Veronica Tiple (Goian) are not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and care by a qualified physician/GP, nor to encourage the treatment of illness by persons not recognizably qualified. If the Client uses hypnosis and is under medical care for ANY condition, is advised to NOT make adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without the approval of their doctor. If in any doubt, they should seek their GP’s advice.
Caution: Epileptics are generally advised not to enter hypnosis, nor is anyone with a diagnosed psychotic illness.
Scheduled Sessions and Support
All coaching sessions will be 60 minutes in length.
For the RTT Hypnosis session, please allow 3 hours.
Sessions can be purchased on an individual basis or by way of multiple-session packages.
Bespoke support packages are available if required. These will be agreed by the Coach and the Client on an individual basis.
Support sessions can be online via Zoom.
It is expected that the Scheduled Coaching/Hypnosis Sessions will start at the agreed time. Things do happen and so of course the Therapist will endeavour to be flexible to accommodate the Client, if possible, but any sessions that begin after the agreed start time due to the Client’s late arrival for whatever reason may not be able to be extended beyond the pre-arranged finish time of the session due to other commitments.
In the case of last-minute issues beyond the Client’s control please contact the Coach as soon as possible on 07738462098.
The Client may leave a coaching session with an agreed action plan designed to help them move forward positively. The Therapist may ask the Client to complete small ‘tasks’ or ‘exercises’ between sessions. The Client is under no obligation to complete these, but if they are suggested by the Coach then they would be designed to maximise the positive benefits of the coaching. It is the Client's responsibility for their progress.
Where email or telephone support between scheduled coaching sessions is agreed as part of the support package for any given Client, the Therapist will make themselves available, within reason.
The Therapist will endeavour to respond to any correspondence as promptly as possible, within usual business hours.
Payment
The investment for the Therapy Sessions will be agreed between the Therapist and the Client and this will be confirmed via email to the Client.
The investment for any bespoke support packages, specific email or telephone support that is agreed between the Therapist and the Client will be confirmed via email to the Client.
Fees are payable to the Therapist in advance of coaching/hypnosis sessions/support work, unless otherwise agreed.
Any payment schedules that have been agreed between the Therapist and the Client will be set out in an email to the Client in advance.
Where travel expenses and the Therapist’s time are to be charged for, these will be discussed and agreed with Client, in writing, in advance of the coaching/hypnosis consultation.
Payment to Veronica Tiple Hypnotherapist and Coach will be made by Bank Transfer. Details will be supplied on the confirmation email sent to the Client.
If a payment has not been received in advance of a session, the Therpist is not obliged to provide the session.
The Client can request a receipt for services provided by the Therapist, and this will be sent via email.
Cancellation policy
If the Client is unable to attend a scheduled coaching session, please inform the Therapist as soon as possible, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance of the arranged session date. The Therapist will try in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting as soon as possible.
If the Client fails to attend a scheduled session or does not give the required notice of 48 hours, the Coach reserves the right to retain the fees paid.
In the case of a serious accident, emergency or other situation beyond the Therapist’s control, please deal with the situation first, and then notify the Therpist as soon as you are able. The Therapist will try in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting as soon as possible.
On the rare occasion that the Therapist needs to cancel or amend an appointment, 5 days’ notice will be given (if possible) and an alternative time will be offered to the Client.
Holidays
The Therapist will give appropriate notice of any planned holiday if they will be unavailable. The Therapist will endeavour to minimise interruption to the schedule of any pre-booked coaching sessions with affected Clients. The Therapist will endeavour to provide alternative dates/times to any affected Clients should that be necessary.
Termination
Either the Client or Therapist may terminate their agreement at any time with 7 day’s written notice.
If the client wishes to cease consultation, The Therapist will refund to the Client any pre-paid fees for any scheduled appointment(s), providing that the required notice has been given.
If the Therapist wishes to terminate the coaching relationship, then, as far as possible, the Therapist will explain the reasons to the Client, and refund to the Client any pre-paid fees for any scheduled appointment(s).
Confidentiality
Any personal information shared with the Therapist by the Client as part of the Hypnosis/coaching relationship will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the Client’s prior consent, except where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the Client or someone else.
It is, of course, not possible to protect the confidentiality of information that is transmitted electronically through emails and computers connected to the internet that do not utilise security or encryption protection.
Where work is conducted in a group setting, the Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information communicated to the Client by the Therapist and the other participants in the group.
